Ultrasonic sieving concerns all areas, where powdery substances are produced or processed. The use of ultrasound confers to the sieving process greater efficiency and flexibility. Furthermore, it makes it possible to sieve and process the powder at the same time.

Explanation

  1. A generator transforms main voltage to high frequency and transfers it to a converter.
  2. The converter converts high frequency by piezoelectric effect into ultrasonic vibrations.
  3. The ultrasonic vibrtions brings the sieving frame to high frequency oscillation.
  4. The vibrations are transfered to the sieving mesh and evenly distributed there.
  5. The vibration of the sieving mesh reduces the friction resistance between sieving material and sieving mesh. That reduces constipation and increases throughput.
