Ultrasonic sieving

All industries that manufacture or process powdery substances have application for ultrasonic sieving.

This includes industries dealing with paint, metal, construction material equally well as those processing food, cosmetics and pharmaceutics. Throughultrasonic sieving, all of them can signifficantly increase their efficiency and flexibility in the process.

Ultrasonics increase the quality of the powder and thereby prevent problems with the sieving machine. Powders are normally sieved during manufacturing as well as during processing.

In the process, the generator emits its energy in the form of high frequency currents. The sonotrode converts them into mechanical energy. The sound waves energize the sieving frame or the sound conductor and the waves run through the sieve, equally distributed over the entire screen. There, the vibrations reduce the friction between the grain and the sieve, thereby effectively reducing the tendency to choke and increasing the sieve`s throughput.
